Project May.

We've been feeling "a change" has been around the corner for about 4 months now, well really 5 years but it seemed all the changes and transitions were stepping stones, little hops and skips to the next city.
This time it felt different.

We took some big steps of faith and spent the money to visit South Carolina for a job interview that wasn't guaranteed to happen. In the end, it could've been just an expensive family vacation but we went and the interview was setup after 5 days of waiting.
We came home feeling peaceful and rested but completely uncertain what the future held with no answers or direction. The questions and doubts started to creep their way in.
THREE weeks of no word, no email response, nothing.
But we felt we had to stretch our faith some more and get the house done no matter what the future held, either way the house needed to go on the market this summer. That's all we knew.
That's when Project May went underway.
Bathroom #2, Kitchen, Entryway, Storage, Curb Appeal, let's do this (or hubby will do the work, I will play with the boys). Bring on Move number SIX in six years while I'm going into my third trimester. Hooray. Yippee. Yesss. Bring it on.

Join me on this journey with Project May if you want to see some cool house transformations and some creative ideas for small spaces.

He got the official call 3 days ago and we were blown out of the water with over the top blessing and affirmation. God's faithfulness rings true in our family yet again. God has taken care of us every step of the way so far, why do I waste even one second doubting Him now?

It may feel scary to try something new and go into uncharted territory but God promises to be with us through it all. No one said obedience or change or unknown was easy but if it's clearly where God is leading and guiding then there's nothing scary about it.

Shrimp, Sea and Sunshine ready or not, here we come.
